Through the finite element analysis, strength the design of engine body,cylinder cover and transmission gear to improve the reliability of key parts; the overload assessment is carried out on the output gear of front-end hydraulic pump to ensure the reliability, and the effective life of the whole machine is increased by 30%.

The non road electronic unit pump fuel system can be disassembled dependantly, easy to repair, it can reduce the maintenance costs for users, and meet the needs of agricultural customers.

The whole series adopts two-stage filtration system, coarse filtration and fine filtration. The filtration accuracy and efficiency are up to 99%. The adaptability of oil is equivalent to mechanical pump, superior to common rail system and suitable for agricultural machine.
