The newly developed 4108 series products feature a multi-V belt and double balance shaft design, lower vibration and noise, and a more compact engine shape.
The key components have been analyzed by computer CAE, and the structure and force of the components are more reasonable: they have also passed the harsh durability test, and the cooling flow field has been analyzed by computational fluid dynamics CFD, so the cooling of each cylinder is more uniform and the performance is more stable.
Imported P-type fuel injector is used, which has high opening pressure, uniform atomization, sufficient combustion and long service life, and effectively reduces emissions and fuel consumption.
Fast start-up, using domestic high-quality air heater and high-power deceleration starter motor to meet the requirements of use in severe cold areas. Fast acceleration, the time required for the total speed to reach the rated speed after loading is less than 3s.
